The greatest care is taken in wrapping and packing your paintings for postage. We will endeavour to deliver within 14 days, but please allow up to 30 days. Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK is free and includes £30 insurance. Additional insurance options can be taken - please ask for details. Couriers and other services will be charged at cost. We can send paintings worldwide but please contact us first for details. If you wish to collect in person this can also be arranged.
If ordering more than one painting they can be packaged together if desired. A maximum of two paintings will be packaged together to minimise potential damage. We aim to provide an efficient and careful service.
Despite best efforts, accidents can sometimes happen so please read the information below carefully on what to do if you are not totally satisfied with the service you have received.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but recognise that it is difficult to be sure of the suitability of an artwork from a screen image. In accord with UK government legislation, UK customers have the right to cancel their purchase within seven days of receipt. If you wish to do so, you must contact us within those seven days, and return the items purchased in good condition to 1 Coxborrow Close, Cookham, Berkshire, SL6 9HH. You are responsible for paying the carriage charges.
On receipt of the goods, we will refund your payment in the same manner in which you paid.
This does not affect your statutory rights, in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods, details of which can be obtained from Consumer Direct (the Government’s consumer advice helpline) or your local Trading Standards Office.
This right of cancellation does not apply to any goods that have been made to your specification or personalized.
Please check goods as soon as possible and notify us of any damage promptly and within 7 days of receipt. We will then arrange repair, refund or replacement.
Please note that while every endeavour has been made to ensure accurate representation of colours, these photos have been taken with a digital camera and transferred to the internet so slight alterations may occur. If you would like to see additional photographs of the paintings, please do not hesitate to ask as we're happy to help.
